Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic until emulsified.
Combine diced avocados, mango, cucumber, radishes, onion, and scallions in a bowl.

Divide into bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, nori strips, and cilantro if using.
